Chris Weitz Dishes More on New Moon Soundtrack

During the past few days, New Moon director Chris Weitz has spilt some more details about the soundtrack during the Comic-Con event:

New Moon director Chris Weitz told HitFix there will be a track by Bon Iver in the film: "I selfishly want to put songs in by artists I love. And some the cast and crew also happen to love. I think [Bon Iver] is fantastic. He says he wrote it for the film, but who ever knows if it might just be something laying around in his cupboard.”

Chris Weitz then also re-confirmed that Radiohead’s Thom Yorke has a new song for the soundrack , and that he listened to it for the first time yesterday: “Unless it’s sounds of him belching, I think I’ll put it in” Weitz said.

  2. I think Chris had a ahhh-hi moment at comcic-con when someone asked Rob about if he had some music he was doing in New Moon and casually added she loves his music and the audiance reactied positivily. I hope that he changes his mind. We Love Rob's Music and really wish he would reconsider having Rob add a song in, after all, Edward sings Bella a lullaby regularity in the books.

  3. I'm thrilled that Radiohead is contributing to the New Moon soundtrack."15 Step" was a great choice for Twilight. I love their music and their style. I too wish that Rob Pattinson would have a song on the soundtrack. I love his voice and his syle of music. "Let Me Sign" was a great song and was played at the perfect time in Twilight.
