Jackson Rathbone excited about filming in Louisiana

Jackson Rathbone aka Jasper Hale is excited to be filming in Louisiana. As some of you may know, Jackson's parents were born and raised in Louisiana. He thinks of Louisiana as a home. But who doesn't??! As a native of Louisiana, I must agree. Jackson, in an interview with The Hollywood Gossip, said he was looking forward to some "real Louisiana cooking!" That statement made me smile. People from Louisiana sure can cook and I feel a sense of pride in the fact that we will be feeding and housing the entire cast and crew of the Twilight series during the filming of Breaking Dawn. Jackson went on to say how glad he was to "bring work to the state of Louisiana." Everyone has no doubt heard about the oil spill disaster in the Gulf and it is a nice silver lining in the wake of disaster to have something as good as this film to come to Louisiana. People love this film. They believe in the series. I cannot stress enough how wonderful it is to have it so close to home. So I'm sending a big thank you to the directors and film crew who chose Louisiana as it's location.
