Many of the New Moon stars have voiced their opinion about who they'd like to see direct the final installment of The Twilight Saga - Breaking Dawn. Directors like Tim Burton and Rob Zombie as well as New Moon director, Chris Weitz, have come up and now another name has been dropped - Drew Barrymore.
Christian Serratos, who plays Angela in Twilight and New Moon, has said that she'd like to see Drew Barrymore take on Breaking Dawn.
“There was a lot of talk about Drew directing [Twilight Saga: Eclipse],” Christian told HollywoodLife.com exclusively at Think PR’s Pre-Sundance Gifting Suite at the W Los Angeles Jan. 13. “I think it would be cool if she directed the next one. I feel like [producers] have been picking really great people, and somehow every director they pick somehow magically matched the book and the movie they were directing.”

I not so sure about Barrymore directing, she does more of the comedy- this is definitely not comedy- i think she is great at other things- but this she should not do, if anybody i think hardwick should direct breaking dawn- she should of been hired to do all of the movies for the twilight saga series.....
ReplyDeleteNo disrespect to drew barrymore, she's great at directing movies but she's more of a comedic director. I would prefer and love it if chris Weitz came back. Steven Spielberg would be my second choice. He's done movie's like Deep Impact, The Gremlins 3, Transformers, Eagle Eye, The Haunting, Twister, Arachnophobia, E.T.- The Extra-Terrestrial, and War of the World.
ReplyDeleteI love drew barrymore as an actor but i dont't see her as the director for Breaking Dawn. The director i want is chris weitz because i think he did a very good job and he stayed true to the book!!!
