'Eclipse' Bedroom Scene Filmed on A Closed Set

David Slade chatted with Marie Clarie UK about the most talked-about and anxious scene Twi fans wanted to see in Eclipse - the bedroom scene.

He tells Marie Claire it was filmed on the last day of shooting and reveals it was done on a closed set to make it more professional for everyone. 'This stuff is always awkward to shoot, and you just have to get people really comfortable with each other,' he said. 'We do it as a closed set. There's no giggling and joking around, and everybody treats it very professionally - that's just the way it works.'

Filming the scene seemed to come naturally to Rob and Kristen. 'They didn't seem to be nervous, they were fine with each other,' David revealed. 'We shot that on the very last night and it just seemed to go wonderfully. It just flowed beautifully.'

The scene was definitely one of my favorites from the film!
