Twilight Landmark, Forks High School, Is Destroyed

How poetic is it that as the saga comes to an end, the birth place of Edward and Bella's love has been torn down? Forks High School came tumbling down to make way for a new school, keeping nothing but the cornerstone from the 1925 portion of the building.

Ever since the first Twilight was filmed, the high school has become a fan favorite, with tons of fans posing for pictures outside the building. Anything to get a little closer to the Twilight world. The saga has definitely put Forks, WA on the map and will probably continue to do so for a long time from now.
